I always thought it would be effortless. Easy. You meet someone, you fall for each other and then you get together. But it turns out things are never like this. It's either you meet someone, you fall for him, he falls for someone and then you see them get together. Or if you fall for each other, but don't get together because things are just too complicated. Or if you get together and then break up. How do you even go back to being friends. And then there's the weird feeling of seeing your ex move on faster and getting together with another one. Am I really that forgettable? There I am pining and there you are, already moved on.
Life's weird.
